Our businesses enjoy the benefits of independence without isolation. We break down the inspiration barriers one suffers from trying to work from home and we beef up the credibility one loses while conducting a client meeting at Tully's.

Been there. Done that. Not so ideal.

The walls here are arranged to to maximize the potential of collaborative work styles. We've lined up an ideal group of complimentary creatives to take advantage of our space.

We are currently finishing each room to promote effective client presentations, brainstorming, and collaboration including The Log Cabin Room. Yep, we have a Log Cabin Room, as well as a China Room and a Tiki Lounge.

*'Affiliate' memberships for $350/mo. This membership caters to the mobile worker who doesn't require a permanent desk but is searching for part-time shared desk space, client presentation areas, and creative networking opportunities.

*We have one 'Permanent' work space opening up July 1st. It is available at our permanent rate of $575/mo.

*'The GC Underground' is scheduled to open up August 1st. Stay tuned as we develop 5,000sq. ft. of high ceiling basement space with loading dock, woodworking studio, photo studio, screenprinting studio, venue space, and separate art studios. Tours available upon request. Please send work samples with interest level.
